Instructional Strategies

We all use various strategies in the documents we develop but what strategies stand out to you the most? For me, the use of video, demonstration and guided practice are the ones that stand out for me.

    This particular website talks about Instruction Designing for E-Learning.

    E-Learning/ Distant education is on the rise with alot of online degrees and so forth.

    here is another site which i find very informative. Might just be a refresher for some but none the less its a great read and its not over the top with information.
    It looks at instructional Designers and their roles, Instructional objectives and tests, distance education, Writing for online courses...etc
